Bio: Charlie is tickled pink to meet everyone! Wherever she had been living, she wasn’t treated very well, so she decided to appear on someone’s porch in search of a better life. She is still young but has had way too many puppies, and has been living with an untreated skin infection. Despite all of that, she is the happiest, friendliest, too-big lap-dweller you will ever meet. She just wants attention and affection from humans. She doesn’t seem to mind other dogs, either. She's just waiting to meet you!
